- To book a tour, please use our website’s online tour shop. The purchase on our website is a deposit payment only, meaning you must pay the remaining balance in cash at the start of the tour.
- When making a reservation, you must provide your personal information, hotel name for pick-up, contact information, and preferred tour date.
- Your credit card details will remain confidential, and we won’t store them.
- Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with additional details. Please ensure you received it and that it is not in the spam folder.
- Please remember, you are just paying the deposit in our shop. You must pay the remaining balance (the tour’s remaining amount) at the beginning of the tour.
2. Cancellation of Tours:
- You can cancel a tour without incurring cancellation fees up to 24 hours before the tour’s start time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour’s start time will result in a full cancellation fee, and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Please adhere to the tour schedule to avoid forfeiting the advance payment. If the client fails to meet the designated time and location for the tour and does not wait as instructed, the deposit payment will not be refunded.
3. Changing Tour Dates:
- You can change the tour date without incurring cancellation fees up to 24 hours before the original tour starts.
- Changing the tour date within 24 hours of the original start time will result in a full cancellation fee, with no deposit refund.
- Changes to the tour date within 24 hours of the original start time are impossible.
- If you want to change the tour date, you must make it with at least 24 hours notice via email or WhatsApp.
- Changes made within 24 hours’ notice are impossible, and the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Cancellation by Guide to Paphos:
- “Guide to Paphos” reserves the right to cancel a tour anytime.
- If we cancel a tour, we will let you know immediately. In this case, you can choose between a full deposit refund and booking an alternative tour.
5. General Conditions:
- All prices listed on the “Guide to Paphos” website are in euros.
- “Guide to Paphos” reserves the right to change and update prices on the website at any time.
- “Guide to Paphos” is not liable for any direct or indirect damages you may incur during the tour or due to its cancellation or changes for any reason.
- We recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before embarking on the tour. “Guide to Paphos” will not be responsible for any damages, and travelers are fully responsible for purchasing travel insurance.
- “Guide to Paphos” reserves the right to periodically update the regulations and cancellation policy.
